A seasoned culinary professional, Chef Michael Young has over 25 years of experience from the front of the house to the dish pit to opening his own restaurants. He holds an A.O.S. in Culinary Arts from the California Culinary Academy, and trained in Michelin starred restaurants.
With multiple appearances on Food Network, articles in high profile magazines, and frequent blog posts Michael has discovered the only thing he likes as much as working in the restaurant business is talking about it. Having experienced the highs and lows of the cooking profession and entrepreneurship he enjoys working with other proprietors, chefs, and managers to help ensure their success in the tumultuous world of food service.
